Solar Plexus Meditation

The Third Chakra or Manipura which means “Lustrous gem” in Sanskrit.

It's the Sparkle and Shine epicenter!  Our unique personality.

It's where we find our willpower, our courage, our personal power and confidence.

It's the culmination point of our qi, it's our center.

When our breathing is restricted, when we have digestive issues or when we have trouble asserting ourselves and moving forward we may want to do some work here.

Anyone can have issues here but women in particular, especially women that have given birth tend to have more issues here if this is the case, it is time to work with me.
